If you're ready to take your chair dance to the next level, join us for a special intermediate level chair dance workshop.
Participants should be able to hold a headstand (at least against a wall) and feel comfortable in inversions. We will not be doing forearm or hand balancing in this class, but we will do a combination of shoulder rolls, hip balance, and shoulder balancing.
Please bring a metal folding chair (if you have one) and workout clothes. Come ready to sweat, as we will be doing core conditioning to prepare our bodies for entering, holding, and exiting inversions.
